Who qualifies for group rates?

If you are a school, religious organization, scout troop, recreation department, summer camp, day care, special needs organization or a family with at least 15 guests planning a trip to York’s Wild Kingdom, you qualify for group discount pricing.

Advance reservations (24-hour minimum) is REQUIRED! With any group, parking is free, and bus drivers receive a free group bracelet. Chaperones may qualify for an additional discount depending on the size and type of your group. Contact Group Sales for more information at info@yorkswildkingdom.com.

2025 Group Rates

Zoo Only

$10.00 per person

Includes admission to the zoo for all in the group and all the zoo has to offer.

** Live animal rides are an additional fee.**

Zoo & 12 Ride Tokens

$16.00 per person

Includes admission to the zoo and 12 ride tokens for each paying person in the group. Rides range between 2-3 tokens. The Go-Karts are 4.

Zoo & Ride Combo

$20.00 per person

Includes admission to the zoo and unlimited use of rides.

** GO-KARTS ARE NOT INCLUDED**
Live animal rides are an additional fee.

To receive the group rate, you must have the following:

1.     A minimum of 15 people in the group.
2.     Register on our website 24 hours in advance, call, or email us in advance for a reservation.
3.     When you arrive one person must pay for the entire group. We except cash, cards, or check.
4.     Everyone must enter at the same time.
5.     Everyone in the group must have the same package. (Example: All Zoo Only, All Zoo + 12 tokens, or All Zoo & Ride Combo)
6.     The price is per person regardless of age.
7.     Schools, Camps, Recreation departments, Day cares and Special needs organizations will receive one free chaperone per every 5 children in the group. Free chaperones will not receive Ride tokens. They will only receive entrance to the zoo.

Zoo Only
$10.00 per person

Zoo admission does include the butterfly kingdom, petting zoo, and all the zoo has to offer. Live animal rides are an additional fee.

Zoo & 12 Ride Tokens
$16.00 per person

Zoo & Tokens Package will include the zoo admission as described above, plus 12 tokens for each paying person in the group. If they use all 12 tokens and want more, you can purchase more tokens at our ticket box for $1 per token. (There are approximately 16 rides this season), Each ride requires 2 or 3 tokens, other than the Go-Karts which requires 4 tokens.

Zoo & Ride Combo
$20.00 per person

The Zoo & Ride Combo will include admission to the zoo and unlimited use of the rides for all in the group.

Live Animal Rides and Go-Karts are NOT included in this package.

Live animal rides, when available, are Camel and pony rides and are an additional fee. There is animal feed for sale throughout the zoo at machines, for a quarter per hand full. We do exchange cash for quarters at the park.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE:

We have a lovely Picnic area and Picnic tables. Both are first come first serve (tables on the deck are for snack bar customers only). We have concession stands available to serve you or you may bring lunch. When coming with a group, you are welcome to use the picnic tables to have your lunch, but please do not leave your backpacks or belongings on the tables when you are not using them.
Many of the groups that visit us also use the grassy area in the front of Zoo admissions for their packs and or lunches.

Parking is available for Busses and cars. Please use our entrance off Rout 1. GPS directions; use 1 Animal Park Road. We will assist your bus when you arrive.

The Zoo opens daily at 10:00 am through Labor Day. The amusement park opens at 11:30am, weather permitting. Offering discounts at your company makes it possible for your employees and their family members to visit the zoo at a significant discount. There is no charge to the company and the employee purchases tickets through the zoo’s online website. You do not need to handle any money or tickets.

Requirements:

Fill out the information request below and we will help you get started. You will be responsible for displaying and providing your employees with information on how to get to the online store, as well as your company’s unique discount code. You promote the program by displaying appropriate brochures, posters, and park information sheets showing hours of operation and how to purchase tickets. It’s that easy!
